Registration Fees and Payments:

​

• Our payments are conducted through RazorPay

• We are using a 100% advance payment model for events and other registrations. .

• All rates are inclusive of GST.

• Payment gateway charges might additionally be applicable.

• Costs for travel and overnight accommodation are not included in the ticket fee. The participants are responsible for reserving and paying for these expenses themselves.

 

Changes to the Program

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, timing, or location. If necessary, changes may be made, insofar as these changes do not
substantially diminish the described benefits of the event for the participant.

 

Organizer shall immediately inform the attendees of such changes, at least two weeks prior to the actual training or event date.​

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Event Registration and Payment

All payments made towards event registrations or other programs conducted by CSA Bangalore Chapter are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event.

Cancellation by Attendee
If a registered attendee chooses to cancel their participation, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions or transfer of registration to another individual may be allowed upon written request, subject to CSA Bangalore Chapter’s approval.

Event Cancellation by CSA Bangalore Chapter
CSA Bangalore Chapter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event in the event of insufficient registrations, unavailability of trainers, force majeure, or any other unforeseen circumstances that make conducting the event impractical or not viable.

In such cases:

• Registered participants will be notified at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

• Where applicable, a full refund of the registration fee will be processed, or participants may choose to transfer their registration to a future event of similar value.

Refund Process
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation notification and will be credited through the original mode of payment.

Certificate of participation and Continuing Professional Education credit (CPEs)

A certificate of attendance is issued to each participant following the event if, and only if they stay throughout the event and fill in the feedback form provided by the CSA Bangalore The certificate will be sent to participants via email as a printable signed PDF.

 

Privacy Policy:

​

While registering for an event, the participant grants the organizer the right to save and process his/her personal data such as name, title, telephone and email, and business/billing address. This information will be used for accounting and billing purposes, as well as for informing the participant about future events and activities.

The participant’s information could be shared with third parties, as and when
necessary, for running and managing events.
